Precedents where set when 2008-record When The World Comes Down went all up in sales and mainstream influence. Thirteen years later, Olivia Rodrigo would proudly rejuvenate the mental chords and ecstatic horny landscape that The All-American Rejects well established back here.

Art does not matter but only its deep-coded arousal that evokes at the nostalgic mind. Much could I talk about featured techniques and micromonopathetic scales on this art work, and by doing that I would miss every point conceivable.

"I figured it out, girl: breaking is what your heart is for", so speaks in melody Tyson Ritter, the frontman of the Rejects. One can't but be reminded of the excellencies of Wilco's I Am Trying To Break Your Heart. The anathema of adolescence, always present and thoughtfully hidden behind world conventions of the time, it sparks as it swears to address the debilitating nature of being teenager.

In a world full of AC/DC and Guns 'n' Roses propaganda, the tragic marvel of When The World Comes Down is a needed zeitgeist and purifier, an OK-crafted successor of the better, emotional primer and all-time classic Move Along.
